EXBIJOU Return And Refund Policy

Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase from EXBIJOU. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging included. Custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable. Returns of bundle or kit items must include all components.

We will provide pre-paid return shipping labels or specific instructions for returning your item(s). Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund unless the return is a result of our error.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the item(s). We inspect all returns prior to issuing refunds to ensure the items match the condition described.

Please note, you are responsible for any loss in value due to unnecessary handling or wear and tear. We recommend inspecting your order immediately upon arrival and contacting us right away if you discover any issues.

Late Or Missing Refunds

Exchanges

Replacement items will ship once the returned item is received and inspected. Return shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
